Summer

Around midday the sun stands steep. Mornings (8:00–10:30 am) and after 3:30 pm bring perfectly diffuse, soft light.

Winter

Between 10:00 am and 2:30 pm the low winter sun shines directly into the studio.

Good to know: Regular renters are especially welcome and benefit from individual terms on request – for long-term, recurring use the discount off the list price can be very significant. For multi-day and long-term bookings we're happy to put together a personal offer – just give us a call.

  • From 7 days before: 50% of the booked package

Getting into the studio is this simple

Inquire

Request your preferred date by phone or email – ideally for 3+ consecutive days.

Prepayment

We ask for a prepayment 10 days before your booked date.

Orientation

On the day of your booking you'll get a short on-site orientation to the studio and equipment.

Wrap-up

Please leave the studio the way you found it – plan enough time for teardown.

If the studio remains free right after your booking, a spontaneous extension is usually possible. If not, we'll let you know in advance.

Bathroom

A spacious, well-kept bathroom area with two toilet stalls, a shower, and a stylishly designed anteroom is available to you.

Catering & self-catering

Organic supermarket and beverage store on site, a Rewe supermarket and a wok restaurant right across the street. Dishes and glassware are available in sufficient quantity.

Is the studio also suitable for business events, yoga or cultural projects?

Yes. Besides photo and video production, the studio is well suited for workshops, meetings, castings, yoga and fitness classes as well as rehearsals and creative projects.

Do I need to clean the studio myself after the booking?

Please leave the studio the way you found it, and plan enough time for teardown. For heavy soiling we charge from 80 EUR net plus disposal.

Is parking available at the photo studio in Munich?

Yes, a video-monitored customer parking area is available directly in front of the building. There is also free and paid public parking nearby.

Can I rent the photo studio by the hour or for just one day?

Our pricing is structured around multi-day bookings (2-day minimum). We rent primarily to photographers and teams booking regularly for at least 3 consecutive days. If capacity allows, feel free to ask about individual arrangements.

Is there a kitchen or lounge area in the photo studio?

Yes, the reception area has a fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and kettle, plus a meeting table seating up to eight people.
